Organic cotton We chose to concentrate the use of 100% organic cotton, grown from non-GMO seeds without the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers. Initially it was organic from India, since 2021 they have diversified their supplies to include suppliers from many other countries such as Turkey. The processing targets longer fibers, giving the fabric a soft and durable texture. This specific quality of combed cotton stems from its lack of impurities or protruding threads. Moreover, it's more durable than regular cotton because the combing process removes short fibers prone to breakage.

ring-spun yarn The term "ring-spun" refers to a specific type of fabric produced using a technique that intertwines finer yarns by twisting them together. The amount of twist applied impacts the softness of the final fabric, as higher twists result in greater softness. Ring-spun fabric is renowned for its durability and is used in many popular t-shirts. Thanks to its unique processing, it provides a long-lasting, high-quality material, making t-shirts created with this fabric highly valued for their blend of strength and softness.

Regenerated polyester By using this polyester to give stability to our t-shirts and sweatshirts, durability and quality are guaranteed. Our recycled polyester clothing helps companies divert waste and plastic from landfills and minimize production costs, also achieved by recycling used plastic (PET) bottles and recovered waste. The need to solve the waste issue has become one of the main environmental challenges of our time globally, every year around 9.5 million tons of plastic end up in the ocean and most of it in single-use form :( By recycling we have significant energy savings during the production process, compared to non-regenerated polyester. For all our regenerated polyester outerwear, we only use GRS certified fabrics. Similar to our organic cotton, we guarantee full traceability of our regenerated polyester, including the origin of the PET bottles. Depending on the style, 10 to 40 550ml plastic bottles are needed to make our jackets. which could otherwise end up burned or in the water.
